For example, you can set reminders for a dog’s daily walks, a cat’s feeding schedule, or a bird’s regular wing checks. For all other types of animals, AllTails Care offers a customisable template that you can adjust to fit the unique needs of your pet. This flexibility ensures that every pet receives the appropriate care and attention they need, whether they follow a predefined routine or one you create yourself.

2. How customisable are the routines and reminders?

AllTails Care offers highly customisable routines and reminders to fit the specific needs of your pet. You can create daily, weekly, or monthly routines based on your pet’s species, age, health conditions, and lifestyle. For example, you can set reminders for feeding, medication, exercise, parasite treatment, and more. The Individual and Household plans allow you to tailor these routines further, adjusting them as needed to ensure your pet’s care remains consistent and effective.

3. How secure is my data on AllTails Care?

We take data privacy and security very seriously. AllTails Care uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data, and we never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. You have full control over your data, including the ability to delete it at any time.

4. What personal information does AllTails Care collect?

AllTails Care collects only the necessary information to provide personalized care for your pets. This includes your name, email, pet information (such as name, breed, age), and care routines. We use this data to send reminders and track your pet’s health.

5. Can I share my pet's information with others?

Yes! With the Individual and Household plans, you can share your pet’s information with a pet sitter or other family members. The Household plan allows full access for all users, while the Individual plan includes sharing with one additional pet sitter.

6. Why is there a waitlist to join AllTails Care?

There is a waitlist for AllTails Care because the app is currently in development and is scheduled to launch in December. We’re working hard to build a reliable, feature-rich platform that will provide the best possible experience for you and your pets. By joining the waitlist, you’ll be among the first to know when the app is ready to go live, and you’ll secure early access to start using AllTails Care as soon as it’s available. 7. Is there a trial period before I commit to a paid plan?

Yes! All our plans come with a 14-day free trial, so you can explore all the features before deciding which plan suits your needs best.

8. Can I track multiple pets with AllTails Care?

Yes, the Free plan allows you to track one pet, the Individual plan supports two pets, and the Household plan offers tracking for up to 10 pets. Each plan includes tailored routines and reminders for every pet.

9. How does AllTails Care handle special health issues?

The Individual and Household plans include Wellness Journals for tracking health issues, ensuring that your pet’s unique needs are met. From paw injuries to digestive problems, we have you covered. Whether it's a chronic condition or a one-time concern, the app helps you monitor and manage your pet’s health effectively.

10. Does AllTails Care integrate with other apps or services?

No, AllTails Care does not currently integrate with other apps, services, or veterinary systems. While the app provides tools to help manage your pet’s care, it operates independently, and data from the app cannot be automatically synced with other platforms. However, we do offer a PDF export that can be shared with your vet.

11. Can I schedule appointments directly from the app?

At this time, AllTails Care does not support scheduling appointments with your vet or other service providers directly from the app. The app is focused on helping you manage daily care routines and health records, but appointment scheduling must be done outside of the app.

12. Is AllTails Care available on desktop?

No, AllTails Care is currently a mobile app only. It is designed to provide convenient, on-the-go access to your pet’s care routines and health information through your smartphone or tablet. A desktop version is not available at this time

13. What happens if I stop using AllTails Care?

If you decide to stop using AllTails Care, you can export your pet’s data and delete your account at any time. We keep your data secure and private throughout your usage and beyond.
