Terms of Service for AllTails Care

Welcome to AllTails Care. By downloading, installing, or using the AllTails Care mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these TOS and our Privacy Policy.. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. App Store Terms
This TOS is a legal agreement between you and Valykhan, not Apple Inc. However, your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions. In case of a conflict, Apple’s terms will take precedence.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
– Modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App.
– Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
– Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
4. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
– The App offers free and paid subscription tiers. Detailed subscription terms, including pricing and features, are available in-app.
– Payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
– All sales are final and subject to Apple’s refund policies.
6. User-Generated Content
If you upload, post, or otherwise share content (e.g., pet health data), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it for the purposes of operating and improving the App. You agree not to upload content that is harmful, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as outlined in the policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Valykhan and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Disclaimers
– The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
– We do not guarantee that the App will meet your needs or be error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valykhan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these TOS.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these TOS from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
